this is utterly filthy what they did. yeah the timing was unfortunate but Nick tried, and for a while, to find a solution. he doesn't have to put himself in a bad financial situation just because SCOOP is coming up. if you don't want to have the risk of being dropped, then don't be backed--play on your own, simple as that.
unless these guys are just utter scum to the core they will 100% look back on this and regret it. they better hope they run hot in the near future and don't need a backer again because no one will touch them after they pull something like this.

For the record, this is also a former horse of mine who I dropped a few months before Jack and Woz. He came to visit me in Playa Del Carmen after the fact and we had a great time and I look forward to seeing him in the future. Thanks for the vouch, Christophe.

Nether a friend nor letting anyone use my account, never actually said it was right to steal someone's money, just said that I think Jmcd was right to say op as a bit of a ****, that's the impression I got when I read the argument, I could be totally off tho. It sound like that op posted on his facebook when jack first disappeared and it would be interesting to know what he said as it seems like Jack was not happy with that particular situation. Granted he prob owed him money but when/if op starts outing him on Jack's Facebook wall, not knowing if Jack is in a situation where he is even able to do anything about it, you can cause some damage to ones reputation for no reason and its possible to actually ruin someone reputation that way, if so jack prob think that op cost him a certain amount, specially when u think how loved up and respected op is here and jack would have needed a new investor, if the future investor saw what could have been said, it would have ruined Jack's chances on getting future stakes. He is prob keeping the money as damages for defamation of character. Jack did say eye for an eye.

You say I sound like a **** in the OP but did you even read it? Either you didn't or you can't understand english because there is nothing about facebook, I even said I DELETED facebook last year. All of the facebook convos posted in this thread were sent to the OTHER person that Jack scammed.

All of my communication was done privately until I was ignored for 3 weeks and that is when I had a very well known and liked British pro reach out to Jack to try and talk some sense into him. Based on what he was told I came to the conclusion that Jack is from a much different world than I am with drastically different morals.

You must be from the same place as he is or somewhere just as bad because an eye for an eye means something different to you. Apparently giving someone an opportunity to play the game, make money, move them up in stakes aggressively, be lenient with lack of communication, put up with multiple disappearances, transfers to and from friends that I didn't okay and many other things that I did for them gives them the go ahead to outright steal from me?? If that's what you believe than you're a POS just as he is. I have been completely transparent here. There is nothing more to the story and if there was I would think either of them would at least try to justify this on 2+2 or facebook or something. They know they've scammed me, plain and simple.

Below is a screenshot of the email he sent to me before SCOOP. You'll see it's dated May 4th, well after most of the communication on Whatsapp. I feel that it is proof that this was just a scam based out of opportunity. I actually wish that he would have gotten like 12th in this SCOOP event, he probably would have paid me. I think this is just a case of someone using a ridiculous reason to justify a blatant theft.
