Depends on "wrong". However, likely not when said person is clearly not taking responsibility for his/her rather serious action (as stealing would be classified, although the monitary amount in this case is rather meaningless) or in any way regretting said action, no.
Those examples have absolutely nothing to do with crime, i.e. they are as relevant as the argument "unicorns poop cupcakes, so I should be allowed to steal if I want to". I trust that you are not under the belief that unicorns pooping cupcakes allows you to steal whenever you want, right?

P.S. If you're trying to make a living but need investors... A good advice is to not **** over investors due to minor discrepancies. Instead, try to work out the issues like an adult/someone people want to do business with. Also, the ROI on your $100 theft is lol-low if you honestly need backing. Was just alerted to the fact that this guy was still seeking stakes (LOL) in the non-MP approved thread, so I've moved most of the derail that was causing over here.

There were a couple of questions about why this guy wasn't banned yet. Once someone's been publicly outted, we make sure Marketplace Approval is removed, but beyond that it's not always automatic that we ban right away, since the information is now out there for anyone to search. Yes, those who don't search can be scammed, but the same thing can happen when the scammer gets banned and then creates a new account, only now others who do their research may not find the info on the previous account.

That said, since this guy is still actively and publicly searching for a stake, and is derailing the staking thread with his nonsense, his time here is over now.

Still definitely in to chip in for a scammer site for this lad, if in this future this thief attempted to join the real world and the site kept him from getting a job, I would feel fantastic. Also since he's still attempting to get staking, it seems an obv good way to potentially keep others from staking this thieving scumbag....people like him are the absolute nut low

This is just utterly ridiculous. I've also played backed for about half of my poker career so I know how it works (currently not backed) and while yes, some backers do exploit their horses, many also do not and on the whole there are a lot more bad horses than backers, and none of that has anything to do with you clearly stealing $100 of your backer's money. I mean, you didn't play a single game!

If you'd signed a one year deal and moved to Costa Rica or whatever and your backer stopped providing you with reloads after a month with no notice and without reason then sure you'd have the right to be upset but you DID NOT PLAY A SINGLE GAME and the whole process took a day and you weren't inconvenienced at all and refused a single audit and played literally no games, how on earth could you possibly think it is ok to keep the backer's money and it isn't just outright theft?
