ive played tens of thousands of tournaments and i never have or will choose to play any that are struck out, if i can anti fave them and never see them again, its no loss for me or stars but both i and stars benefit becaiuse i dont miss new tournaments that i might want to play

thats an hour and a half of the 24 hour day that i would have filtered as i like for 3 minutes effort that i never have to repeat or tweak

if i have the option to filter withing the remaining games by buyin speed etc, i would very efficiently be able to identify exactly what i desire to play, and combining sng+mtt tabs would be my only other desire aside from rungood

Well, i guess a lot of players are sick of there user id .

Is it possible to get some kind of. The user id we are all having for years and everyone sees etc.

And some kind of personal screen name, that screen name we can change, but only we ourselves can see it. Our actual user id stays like it is.

Any chance for that?

I like the fact that the software fades out the players who arent in the pot, as to be sure players dont misread the amount of players in the hand, however i think you should just fade out the avatar part, and keep the players stacks at the normal lighting. Reason being when things like icm come into play, bounty calculations, and also actually clearly seeing a players bounty in the prog ko's its easy to miss stuff when the stacks/bounties are faded out

I'm at .com, win 8.1, build 9204. The show balance problem is really bugging me, I have to click cashier or tick/untick hide/show balance for it to update. As I said it only recently started happening, think after updating to latest or the one before that.

Colortags in lobby has always been slow/non responding at PS7, so I use to scroll a line down/up in the player list to have it update.

it was cluttered, but i really liked that u didn't had to access everything via lobby (like it was on windows), makes doing stuff while playing way harder i think, really gonna miss that. this is the least good option imo - ox bar > windows tabs >the way it is now

not mac-specific, but i also miss the instant hand-history option in the top left corner, don't really see the harm in keeping that one.

to anyone using the mac version, whats the lag like? has it improved?

I had another go today and was slow as **** still so reverted to 6. I'm up for using it when it's ready but it's not working now still IMO

Just tried upgrade to PS7 and after that PS client crashes on WindowsXP under Linux in VirtualBox while PS6 was running without any problems.
Tried reinstall using this: http://www.pokerstars.eu/PokerStarsInstallEU.exe
but it by default starts again in PS7 interface version and system crashes...

Is it possible that upgrade to Ps7 changed Windows registry somehow and even fresh PS install runs PS7 version now?
Howto manualy run PS6 -do I change something in Windows system?
Completelly uninstalled PS intalled again and no chance to switch back to PS6-it crashes within minute or so after start.
What are memory requirements for PS7 -this old machine dedicated to PS has only 1GB of RAm but no other software but PS client only anf Firefox browser.
Could you help, resolve this issue, please?

When you randomly cut the guarantees of tournaments, they disappear from the favorites menu and people miss tournaments they normally play.

It might be a good idea to link the favorite with the buy in and time slot as opposed to the guarantee.

This is kinda bad.

+1 And as much as people like to rag on PS for cutting the guarantees, this issue also exists if PS were to raise the guarantee.

When I hover over a player with mouse to display note information. On Pokerstars 6 it shows the information instantly. However on Pokerstars 7 it takes 1-2 sec to display that information. Impossible to play 20+ tables on Pokerstars 7 like this. I am playing on Pokerstars 6 until this has been fixed. Fix as soon as possible please.

Why do the new tournament lobbies not have the total number of registered listed any more? This is incredibly annoying and is a basic piece of tournament info that should be listed at every tournament, live or online.

also the "Registered in Touranaments" tab is way too big and should be more adjustable

The new T-Lobby does list the total number in the header, but it's called "Entries" now.

Playing on tablet - I'll register for a spin and go, then the software will stutter for a second and make me sign in all over again. When I'm done that I'll get to the table losing my first 2 blinds and not seeing the actual spin. This is for every spin and go I've registered for. On phone everything works fine. On Hipstreet quad core Flare 3.

Same issue here, sometimes it works fine though.

Another issue is that sometimes tables are not updated(redrawn) until action is required. This is really annoying.

I'm suddenly getting tournament announcement popups on my tables even though I have disabled tournament announcements in the options. I'm unable to see bet sizes and so on when they appear so this is making it extremely difficult for me to play.

They don't seem very interested about this via email, only getting generic responses. A couple of days before the end of the year is an awful time to debut a new feature that makes grinding harder.

The tournament announcements have stopped for me now. Not entirely sure how I fixed it but I just messed with the settings. I enabled tournament announcements, saved then restarted the client, then disabled them, saved and restarted, and now they're gone permanently it seems. Hope they don't return.

We've asked for this to be sped up, hopefully in the January release.

Where is the option of starting with 4 zoom entries instead of having to enter 4 times. I'm on a different laptop and this is really super annoying
