Hey can anyone tell me if they've been having problems cashing out recently form pokerstars. I tried to cashout last week and the money is still being held up on their end because they said I have to send photo I./D. and bank statement etc... I've already sent all the requested information but it seems they are harassing me and not accepting my info. Is there any advice on this matter? I don't know what else to to. They wouldn't accept my bank statement because it didn't have the bank logo on the statement. Seems like they're trying to avoid paying me out based solely on technicalities.
Never had any problem with Pokerstars regarding cashouts. Send my info 1 time in the beginning and cashed out a lot since. I find them very trustable.
Is the bankstatement for proof of your address? I think I send a letter of some paying bill or my driver license , don't remember. Just ask them what they want and just do it, everything will be ok.
canīt cashout anymore. saying that it takes 48 hours now ( used to be 24h right? ) and i havent cashed out in weeks, so there is smth bad going on at stars i assume. sad what has happened to this former best site.
I've cashed out recently, and haven't had any problems. 24h from Stars to Bank, as always.
Address/ID verification is a slower process, and with the other issues the site is having recently it may take longer than usual. They will get to it eventually.
Stars wants to get rid of winning players anyway they can, this is just one of the methods they use.
Last time another site did that (that I experienced myself) they got away with that because they only did it to a handfull of winning players and got support from CMAR.
FU guys complaining about 48 hour wait times for cashouts, getting to play on Pokerstars.....try living in America where we are eternally GRATEFUL when our cashout STATUS is changed to PROCESSING after TWO MONTHS.

I noticed that lately it takes longer too.
I know with ps we are in sme sort of paradise, but the other week it took more than 48 hour for a wire transfer to be processed (usually was the same night)
Skrill it takes sometimes it take 24 hours (normally within 10 minutes)
