I was out to lunch in this hand I think. In hindsight I should have just shoved pre, and then I didn't follow my own advice when I threw out a CB with no specific plan. Just didn't expect to get x/raised here. With that said, how do you respond to the x/r?

As played it's a very favourable flop and an SPR of just over 2 so very happy getting it in with an overpair

I did get it in on the flop but just wanted to check it. My mistake was not realizing just how short my stack was going into the hand. It's a good reminder to stay focused and pay attention at all times.
