I would call river. It is awkward, but I thought one of the advantages to small ball is manageable pot sizes on the river and getting to make a call for 4BB getting 5:1 odds.

If the kicker is so bad (the worst) that you really don't want to hit top pair, then steal with middle range live cards instead of K blockers.

I'd check the flop also - don't want to make this a big pot

As played I think it's a call -there are hands like JT that might raise the flop and bet this size

Yeah I probably should have checked the flop. The small x/r really threw me when he must know the K hits my range, so I thought the river looked like he wanted a call.

I don't know what 7s this guy check raises then checks turn when he picks up a open elder. I also don't think he does this with better kings. So I think his range is just 98, 99, 88 and bluffs. As played I think I am calling this river.

Your going to have call with aroun 76% of your range as he bet so small sure he as ton of hands that beat us but he also can take this line with hands like j10 q10 as a sort of block bet or in hope you fold better for this sizing you probably should call all your kings as we are goingto have to other hands to fold if your folding a king here for this price your folding way to much
