There are about 325 players remaining in the tournament. The top 319 players get a ticket to the Sunday Million. Villain has literally been open shoving his stack every hand for the past 10-15 hands. This is a snap in any other tournament format imo. I wasn't sure if I could last another two orbits by folding every hand hence why I called. Even then the spot is super marginal (im fairly clueless about ICM and only understand it on a very basic level) and I honestly think I could have folded this hand. Any advice would be appreciated.

This looks like a fold to me given that you're so close to the bubble. It would very much depend on what other stacks are left though and you have to look in the lobby to check that out.

Agreed. Looking back I would have folded. The problem was the remaining shortstacks were fairly stubborn and with about 4BB I wasn't sure what the situation was going to look like another orbit from now. I think if we are folding QQ here we should be folding KK and AA aswell, because if we fold QQ here we're assuming we are going to last until the top 319 correct? Calling any shove is -ev given that assumption.

Yes AA probably is also a fold - it's 85% vs ATC and QQ is 80% - I thought the difference would be larger than this.

Comes down to if you can fold to the ticket or not, if there is 40 stacks in your position with 5bbs or less then you're in a good position to make it so we can fold comfortably.

IF u can't make the money/ticket by folding then this is a call against a crazy opponent.

It all comes down to ICM as 1st is the same as 319th

6 people have to bust and there are 4 others at your table alone with 5bb or less. That means we can assume there are a decent number of people in the same boat. So I'm folding everything and hoping 6 of them bust before I do.
