I don't see anything other than calling pre. We're getting great pot odds vs loose opponents. How do we play the flop? I find my push too hasty.

Utg+2 24/17/7 over 99 hands, overly loose in early position.
Btn 27/16/7 over 60 hands, w/ Btn 44 vpip.
Other opponents are loose-passive.

Thanks for the replies. I thought about check-shoving, since we have solid equity vs opponents' wide ranges and 3 potential candidates for putting more chips in the pot. But to my understanding there aren't many Qx and Jx combos left, that we would want people to bet with and by checking we're only giving way for the myriad of straight draws to get a free card. Please burst my bubble if i'm wrong :P

There's no need to wait to x/shove when you have less than a PSB.

I shove pre here. With all these flatters in a 2x hand I'm guessing a lot of suited connectors and low pockets are out there, and if we do get called by pockets we have a decent drawy hand against most pairs. Because your stack still puts pressure on any caller I don't think they are coming in light, and getting a shove through pre doubles us up which is great.
