I'm really surprised at how many people are saying bet/fold here too.
I've never played against villain but from what I've seen and my experience vs other regs I prefer a bet/call riv here.

don't see how bet/fold can be bad here ever? he will probably herocall with quite a bunch of hands we get value from and if he raises the river he never does this with a worse hand for value and so we have a bluffcatcher. i'm quite sure you overestimate his bluffing frequency on that river.

c/c sucks because he will snapcheckback all his showdown value (which he has a lot here). he probably plays his draws more agressive so he'll have complete air here not too often. so we lose tons of value.

c/r isn't optimal either if we are not known for bluff c/r this river making him hero call worse. if this isn't the case a river c/r would turn our hand into a bluff.

b/c is spew because he doesn't bluffraise often enough (see above)

=> b/f.

The biggest mistake we can make here is not getting to showdown period.
