The tourney was 100k guaranteed with some flights,buy-in was $200 and I'm playing in Flight C, 25k starting stack, 40 minutes blinds, the rebuy period is over.
I have something like 48k, blinds 800-1600/100, table was 7 handed, the best player in my table open UTG for 3,5K I'm the next guy UTG+1 with QQ and decide to 3bet, make 8,5K, everybody folds and he 4bets me for 18,8K, he had something like 80K.

Notes: I'm the tightest player of this table, open few hands and don't showdown any hand, really card dead this day. The villain was winner of this tourney 3 times, and this is a big game in my State, some orbits before I open UTG he call from bb, flop came A46ss he check call turn Jx he check I cbet again he folds face up a Ace.I don't see he make any 3bet light or 4bet, the table in general are playing in limp, some raises in position but few 3bets.

I never expect the 4bet, do you guys think that a good player will make this move without AA or KK? If I was in the villain shoes I flat the AK and 4bet with AA and KK against me. I think that I can't call and leave 30K behind in a pot with 40K, so I decided to fold, do you guys think that I'm too nit?

Don't know if it's too nitty or not. This is an interesting hand to say the least. Based on your image villain could have been 4 betting lighter than you expect especially with his stack size. On the other hand it looks like it could be AA, KK or maybe AK given that you are tight and 3 bet from an EP. I think it can be very exploitable to fold here and villain could be doing precisely this. I don't think I could fold and would just jam since it's $200 live donkament, but I guess it just depends on if you could re enter or not.

Edit: Try not to think of other players as better than you (or at least don't let them know that) because they will use that leverage against you in any possible way i.e 4 betting light against you.

If you've been inactive and are repping a tight image, then he has to be strong there. He can't expect you to suddenly 3b light in utg+1. So if he's putting you on QQ-AA/AK he's likely 4-betting for value with the top of that range. Also worth noting that if he's aware of effective stack sizes he knows his 4b commits your stack and he certainly isn't going to 4b/fold.

Think about it this way, he would have to be 4-betting as low as TT/AQs+ for you to be ahead when you shove. If that isn't the case, and you can't flat and play postflop, you only have one option left.

2 levels left for the day, the rebuy is over, and I'm not re-enter another day. I don't think that he is better that me, I just say that he the best on my table besides me lol

Flat his raise rather than 3! it lets you see flop and decide.
