No reads as this is on Ignition but 2 is a doofus.

Should we have pushed or folded? As played, do we call or fold?

99 with 21 big blinds I would have probably pushed all in to squeeze the CO wide calling range.

As played though I would have call 99 after BB and UTG Shoved.

I would put UTG on AJ+ AND TT+ which if you plug into an equity calculator give you 40 % Equity against his range. I wouldn't worry about BB as he could have anything as short stack.

If you call the all the additional 365 you could win 1,2400 which gives you pot odds of 30%. Easy call. You could even take AJ and AQ out of his range and it would still be a thin call (disregarding ICM).

Some info on a player raising 3.5x utg and a flatting co could be quite useful
