Sitting at a low stakes tournament short today, I given the opportunity on numerous times to exercise push/fold as opponents where all super nits and definitely not calling correctly. Table is running at 15vpip/8pfr

My question to myself was 'am I actually shoving correctly here?'

blinds are @500/1000 with antes and I'm sitting with 12978 so 13BB right.. taking into consideration BB adjusted I'm sitting with about 7.

Ex. I'm +3 and in some cases its correct to shove 7BB with certain hands and not with 12BB

So i'm putting these questions to the masses...

If we were to follow a chart pushing xBB in xPosition where do we factor in ABB?
Is there some sort of middle gound?
Where does the use of M come into play with ABB?
Do we follow one or the other?
Does it make a difference which format we are playing ie turbo non-turbo?
