Blinds are 200/800/1600 Hero has 24,000 in the BB

3rd to act makes it 3300 (150K behind), button calls (50K behind), SB makes it 10,500 (175K) and Hero in the BB has AKos...what is the correct play here?

SB is Loose - and the initial raiser is tight. This is day 1 of a 3 day tourney

To your advantage the initial raiser will have a hard time flatting your potential 4-bet shove and probably just comes over the top with a quite narrow range. AKo still has o.k. value vs. this range and more important great value vs. the SBs range.
