MTT ICM spot question, do we call it off here?

BTN 80bb, SB 100bb , BB 90bb are 3 of the top 5 stacks in a MTT, we are 10% of the field away from the money, not a turbo structure.
BTN, a random villain, aggressive but solid open shoves his 80bb, SB thinks and quickly reshoves his 100bb, hero in the BB with QQ. Decision?

Why do people say vil is solid but open shoves 80bb against two bigger stacks for blinds and antes?
If you think that sb is gonna rejam 99+ then I'll snap. If not then just folding don't wanna flip for 260bb when we're in a strong position already.

It's hard to range a random play like an 80bb shove - my guess would be something like 88-QQ AK AJs+ - If calling range is AK JJ+ - this would give us just under 40% - But these are optimistic assumptions and don't account for ICM - so i think it's a fold
Would snap off OR though without the reshove.
