live tournament - cheap rebuys

I'm entered in a local charity poker tournament. There is a huge overlay in regards to the prize pool, number of players, and cheap rebuy. The rebuy during 1st hour is $10. There is a $2000 guar. prize pool.
Is it correct to jam draws, big hands and bluffs equally? I want to play a lot looser than usual, but I don't want to go overboard...

Not a great gtd pool but i'm guessing that number gets surpassed
I played a similar event in my casino once and it's surprising how many just take the free chips and leave if they bust
Just keep it ABC until you identify the freerollers and exploit them but don't go too crazy and boost the pool yourself
