Check/fold. You have showdown value, but worse hands just aren't betting on a board like this so it's a definite fold if V bets the river.

If I'm not c/f the turn, then I am going at least half pot on the turn. Villains at this level tend to look too much into bet sizing to determine whether someone is strong or weak and betting 1000 into 2600 as such could be determined as weak. The runout is awful for us so obviously it's no good if he calls our turn bet. I would lean towards a c/f as Ax makes up a big part of his 3b calling range. He also won't be folding a good spade draw so even though Aces are always seen as good barrelling cards, in this situation I think a check/give up is better.

kind of want to check turn instead of leading super weak

This is what I thought as well. No better hand folds and not a lot of worse hands call. We have two queens, so we block most of the straight draws otf. But the disadvantage to checking without Qs is that we have no way of improving our hand and could very well be bluffed off our hand by a worse 1pair hand. I do agree, tho, that checking As turn is > leading for 2/5 pot. And depending on what V bets, I think you can make a decent argument for c/giving up against a lot of players.

I'm also betting bigger on this flop oop.
