21 hands is not a sample size you can even really consider, especially if he's had chips since you started with him. The delayed c-bet in this situation doesn't make a lot of sense to me... dry board, the 5c is a total blank. I think you had to c-bet the flop, and give up on the turn if you didn't improve on the turn Think about it, what range do you have him on when he checks back the flop? You might very well have the best hand, but you certainly can't call anything with K high. He has many aces and queens (as well as a wide array of other troublesome combos) in his pf calling range with a larger stack from a button open. I fold the turn raise, too...but I would have c-bet the flop, not delayed til the turn.

Think the open is fine. Def. would have c-bet. Also think 20 hands is enough to start concluding they are loose/passive fish if they are running 30/10 like that, and against that type of player I try to just never miss an opportunity to c-bet HU.

Would have put in slightly more than a mr open here, but it gets the job done. Then, cbet every time on the flop, especially with texture like this. If he calls, or reraises then you've gotten some information and can make a better decision. But if he did repop, I'd just let it go.

Your stack (and villains stack) is such that I think you have a lot of options here. I'd say a lot of depends on how you expect villian to react in different scenarios. The two I'd think the most about would be how loose you expect him to call a shove pre (has he made any loose call-off's pre yet?), and how loose is he at calling bet's on the flop (i.e. once he's playing a pot does he like to stay in until the end?).

Thinking about that, i'd say your options are:

    - if you think he's capable of folding hands like A-rag, KJ, KQ to an 18 BB shove then shoving is likely fine.
    - min-raising as played is likely never a terrible option here, but I think you need to c-bet flop. After checking the flop I think you just need to check it down to showdown unless you improve.
    - IF(!) you think his likelihood of calling a pre open and then c/c'ing a c-bet is high then maybe this could be a spot for you to just limp IP. He's passive so likely not going to raise you pre without a hand, and by keeping the pot smaller you are giving yourself more flexibility post-flop with your stack.

C-bet flop its pretty dry and BB's range is pretty wide. If he calls then give up and go to showdown.

As mentionned above shoving is an option you can shove but its the 2nd best option imo because your stack size is big enough to min raise and play a flop against a V that's not able o exploit us by 3betting light pre.
