Hello everyone, I know it's not ideal to follow standard push/fold charts....but while I am still putting together my own pushing ranges, I was curious what other players thought about the push charts in the back of Kill Everyone. Are they decent in this day and age of tournament Holdem? I play $40-$100 buy-in tourneys. Thanks a lot!!!

you're not going to be a consistent winner at $40-$100 buy-in tourneys using push/fold charts.

Is the play at those buy-in levels too inconsistent? Too many players that don't optimally?

players are good enough where a basic knowledge of push/fold alone is not going to make you money, otherwise everyone would be doing it.

Well obviously you need more than just a basic understanding....and obviously you need ALL facets of your game, not just short stack play. All I asked was if the Kill Everyone charts were a good enough starting point to learn push/fold strategy?

They are very good, use them. I do it everyday. You won't be a super winner just for using them but you will improve a part of your game or at least you won't make big mistakes, what is an important step to become a winner.

Thanks for your responses guys....I appreciate your advice. I will give them a go and just make adjustments depending on player types at the table. I'll use these charts for my base ranges. Thanks again!!!
