1. You have to take flips to win tournaments.
2. This isn't strictly a "flipping" scenario - we could get called by JJ or even TT when we jam. We might be flipping vs. AK a good chunk of the time but that doesn't matter -- the point is we're ahead of his range.
3. I humbly suggest you check out beginner's questions -- there's a lot of good advice in there for beginners. You really need to internalize what results oriented thinking is before wading into these forums. Results oriented thinking is where you think your play is bad because you lost or because Villain happened to have a hand at the top of his range. You made a post in another thread where you got it allin 58% to win and lost and asked how you should have played the hand to avoid this scenario -- this is results oriented thinking. But that's why I'm suggesting you check out Beginner's Questions, which is the proper place for discussions like this, not SSMTT.
