The flop is too wet to check tho. You also have ok equity vs 2 pr and a gutter to the nutter butters.

CB/F is terribad otf considering there is hands in his range that we beat that decide to gii like QQ,AK

Just bet flop to set up turn jam, there will be times he has it and there will be times he won't. Worse case if we are beat we have 6 outs to improve vs set

Checking just lets him check back all his stuff we're way ahead of that can check back but may call a bet. Plus we can value QK etc too.

I like c.c. flop... I hate bf... hate bc at this spr... his cb range is mostly ak qq and whiffs... our hand is disguised and I would cc turn too
