The button is playing on a tight range but ever since the blinds rose, I seem him open with a bit wider range. I saw him open with king queen off when the blinds were at 150/300.
Shove or Fold?

Easy shove. Your ITM, and don't have much tourney equity..get it in and watch him call down with anything from A2+, 9Ts+, any pair, any 2 face cards..I think we're ahead a lot here.

I just run your situation on SNG WIZ you can safely push with 66+,AT+,A9s+ VS 28% -Range . I think 28 % s very tight considering that he is on the button and you have seen this guy raising with QJo.
