JJ BvB 30 BB's effective...standard or spew??

I could'nt get my HH for this hand off Full Tilt. But here goes.....
Hero(24,000)
Villain(26,000)
Blinds 400-800, 100 Ante
No reads on the player....seem to be pretty standard. It's folded to me in the SB and I've got JJ. I 3x it and the BB calls.
Flop: 6h7c9h
I c-bet 3/4 pot...BB calls.
Turn: 9d
The pot is now 11,000 and there's alot of draws. I am worried about A9 or K9 possibly in his range. But I shove all in for around 7,000. Just wondering if this is standard or a spew? Could I have played it different??
