I think you can typically fold this. With you being on only 15 BB's, he must know that you're calling wide (with a hand such as K8), which to me indicates some sort of strength. It definitely doesn't show much strength though, as with a strong hand he obviously wants to induce more action, by making a smaller raise or even limping. This hand is right on the edge of my calling range here, so king 9 suited I would call, K10 off-suit would also usually be a call, and K8 off, i'm left with a real decision. I think he's typically doing this with any A2-A9, K8+, any 2 broadway, and 22-88. (A10+, 88+ etc. I think he would be trying to induce more action).
There are definitely strong arguments that point to a call here, and this is definitely a tough spot. nh.

Most important question is how deep are you payouts etc are you close to ft?

You could call, but since it's deep in the tournament I think you call fold as well if you had 7-9 bbs must call, 9-12 good call, 12-15 could call or fold calling is profitable because he can shove so many things, but folding is reasonable if you think keeping this 15bbs for a better spot increases your overall EV on the tournament.
