Its FT of 3.30 on Pokerstars. Hero and villain are the most active players on the table. Villain showed ability to go for thin value and bluffs as well. Is my river raise too ambitious?

What's your point in raising that river that thin? He has to put in only 49k for a 275k pot getting 5.5 to 1. I just don't see him calling with worse given the betting line and you're giving him the opportunity to bluff you off a hand (repping a straight/flush) that has showdown value.

My best guess is he's holding 2p (KJ/AJ) or QT - may even lay down on that river bet.

Just call down next time vs the blockbet

I raised river as a bluff, obviossly not for value. His lead on the turn seemed to me as a two pair, flush or some queensX. However after river sizing i excluded flush from his range, so his range looks like two pairs, some KQ,QJ,QT. And even if he is getting really good odds, by my raise i represent strAight or better so he is supposed to fold two pair hands...?

I didnt think that call might be an option here..

He needs to be right 1 out of 6 times to call your raisee on river and there are not many people who will fold a better hand than yours.
If you want to bluffraise him off two pairs just jam river. But that's spew.
Just call. He will show up with worse more than 20-25% of the time

as others have stated the river raise will achieve nothing.

Its important when bluffing to think of what range you're putting the villain on and what range you will portray by doing this action.

Don't be bluffing because if you check this pot you lose so you have to bluff.
