Definitely wanna protect your hand. Given the 3 cubs on the flop I can't imagine checking. Did you have any reads on any of the players. Definitely the biggest take away from this would be proper bet sizing when leading out on that flop. How would you play the hand if you had a single club. How much would you call to peel one more. Maximizing the equity there on the flop is all you can do! Cheers!

Could raise smaller on flop. You put 19bb into a 11bb pot - and digging a hole for yourself as you'll have to call reraises from made flushes and sticky straights.

yourr raise s too large, like dutch said u pretty much **** urself against straights and flushes since u can't fold after doing such a large raise.

Personally, I wouldn't ever check raise this spot. Not too likely it checks around, but if it does it's a disaster for you.

I would rather seen a bet than a XR, and your sizing is way too big.

So many hands in villains ranges that will call a bet. Would bet about 7bb.

I think at this stack-depth I like cbetting flop and most likely barreling/GII on safe turns/rivers. If turn or river peel an ugly card, I shift into check/decide mode (most likely check/calling at least once). If we're shallower then I'm just cbetting flop to set up jamming on any turn.

If I do elect to check flop (as played), I don't think I'm check/raising, most likely check/calling flop and then check/calling safe turns/rivers, and check/deciding (most likely check/folding) ugly turns/rivers. The only real upside to checking OTF is that we induce vill to bluff and/or value-own themselves, but if we check/raise the flop we negate that because they most likely fold those bluffs and overplays after we x/r.

I think the XR only gets calls from made flushes, or AxKc or KQ. KQ is 60% against you, so your XR eliminates this, but you don't get value from hands you can beat and don't knock out hands that can beat you. I prefer to play "small ball" but I'm just getting back into poker again after a hiatus, so maybe my strategy is outdated.
