very strange hand, no idea what kind of hand V can have, how would you play it?

Check raise turn and jam river imo.
He has more 9s in his range than you do and I think you're only getting action off a 9, KJ+ or the occasional slow played AA. I don't think a standard villain would bluff enough in this spot for you to check river.

Flop seems fine, and on turn feel like betting something small around 800 so he could shove/call with straight draws/gutshots and thinks he has fold equity to his shove.

...not much you can do then betbetbet and hope for the best. I prefer that over a cR without further reads or dynamics

1/2 pot OTF, prolly about 450.
3/4 OTT , cause you don't want to scare value.
Then Shove river, it's just that simple.
