Honestly whats wrong with 24k and call a shove. You have 23BB, I dont see a problem

thanks for the feedback so far. i like 3betting more than a shove but wouldnt i be 3betting to see where i stand and fold to a shove or even a 4bet?

No you're 3betting for value and hoping to induce OR to shove hands that he'd be folding to your ship. When everyone's saying "3b/c" or "14k/c" they mean 3b and then call if he ships.

Also, no such thing as '3betting to see where you stand'. You either 3b for value, or as a bluff. With the 3rd best hand, obviously it isn't a bluff.
