Did I make the right shove? Did I make the right shove?

$50 tournament
Blinds: 200/400 Effective Stack: (9.7k)

2 limpers call the BB at 400.
UTG+3 raises to 1600 and 3 people call.
I have Ks8s in the SB and jam for (9.5K).
2 original limpers fold, UTG+3 re-jams and the 3 original callers fold.
UTG+3 has AcKc

I am wondering if I made a correct jam or if I should have waited?

My thought process behind this jam was that I was already shot stacked at 23BB and before I went all in there was already 7.8k in the pot which was 80% of my stack. I thought I made the correct play with so much dead money in the pot.

I lost the hand. Flop came all clubs, drawing dead.

I would tend to a fold since the Aggressor uses a 4x Open sizing which is Most of the Time a sign of strength

I love these squeeze plays. But they are player/table dependent. If you think there is a good chance they'll all fold this can be a very profitable play.

In this case, I don't mind it considering there is a massive amount of chips in the pot already, but I may lean more towards a fold simply because there are two ep limpers, followed by an e-m 4x iso raise and then 3 flats with the original limpers still to act. So already like 6 players entered the pot before you act, I think there is a strong chance SOMEONE is going with their hand.
I think I'd like a shove here with a few less bb's, (maybe 20 bb's or less) and possibly with a suited connector/gapper) so you'd have a better chance at having two live outs.
But all-in-all, I like the play I guess it just depends on if you want to gamble a little more.

Not a great spot because the raise from that position over 2 limpers is pretty strong. While you have a blocker with the King you can also easily be dominated by strong Kings. I'd rather make the move with JTs than K8s there.

Depends on the guy who raised, any reads?

Also agree with Darth, better hands to do this with adn we're live with.

Would prefer the squeeze if it was later position action.
