Nah, having just lost half his stack, villian is not folding. You played it like I would and I bust out there too.

check shove after third diamond hits the turn looks a little bluffy. Villain has gutshot straight draw and top pair with 100K committed to pot. might be more likely to fold to check-raise to 150K than to shove. Even so, I think some villains might be able to find a fold there. You might have a baby flush are are shoving to protect against diamond river.
