Why wouldn't he have a K? I think the weakest hand he's value betting for this size is going to be KTs. However there are other hands in his range he will want to value bet given you are capped. Things like {A7s 88, 99, TT(if he doesn't 3bet it pre)}. Those are going to choose a smaller size and I think if he were to float hands like QJs with a BDFD OTF and turn them into a bluff OTR he would very likely choose that smaller size. I don't think there are enough of those kinds of hands in his range in the first place to make this a profitable call (remember he cold called the SB, he's going to have a relatively narrow range if he's a good player). So when he decides to put some portion of those bluffs into his smaller size this becomes an easy fold.
i am folding river. there is no point in betting so big with air because he knows you will call with medium pairs, also there are not too many floats on that board. so he will never bluff with this sizing.
