Flat or fold. I think his 4bet range should be pretty tight in this spot, so I probably fold cause too many times they are bladed, or AK imo.

@ what about your image? have you been opening a lot? this might have some huge impact on his 3-betting range...

Sample is pretty small but I would shove with your image and vs a 15% 3bet. His 3betting range is probably a decent bit wider than you expect since you've been active

well, we're not playing fit/fold obv. if we flat. But when we flat we give him another chance to bluff his chips off with the lower end of his range...

I have a habit of flatting in spots like these, unsure if it is good or not though folding seems really bad.

One belated question... of the times he has been 3betting have they been the same sizes or did this one seem unusually high or low? My initial thought was that he's out of position and the r seems too small for anything but value. However 15% 3bet range seems very high? Hence the question regarding whether 3bet size was unsual in comparsion to previous 3bets?

Agree that one, why shove 40bb stack in this situation, don't think you get called by worse.
Flat and see if you hit on the flop, if not, you still have 37bb to play with.
