This board would typically be perfect for a cbet when deeper (even against two opponents), you will get enough folds for it to be profitable. And you got two overcards if you get called.
It does highly depend on the type of opponents though, bare that in mind.
With your stacksize however I think you can't bet Cbet bluff in this spot. If it goes wrong you will be left with 12BBs or less, which will make it realy hard to get back into the game.
Hence why I'm considering just shoving this preflop with 17BBs. You can pick up 2,5BBs if no one calls. And we got good equity when called. It also won't put us in this dreadful spot when someone flats our Raise preflop.
+ In this case the CO called you preflop with 8BBs/6BB behind. I think he will rarely will be folding after this flop. So in this situation I would check to get more information on the situation first, and try to get to the turn for free and improve, or Check-fold otherwise.
