I respectfully disagree, this seems exploitable to me but fair enough, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and if you have success playing this way then good for you.

Bluffing 2 streets because Hero checked back the flop is hardly outplaying anyone. Id advocate it was absolutely the other way around and a very easy way to exploit aggro micro-donks in tourneys.

And idk how "far" into the tourney this hand was. Final table, would be cbet and call a check shove. Near the bubble would be cbet and fold to check shove. Neither of these would even be a difficult decision.
