i'd raise turn. That would lead him to bluff-shove a lot when he miss his FD.
I don't like that he leads otr for half pot but we have a blocker for the straight so the call is fine.

I'd raise turn too. Calling his uber small bet let's him see a river too cheaply.

yea plenty of value in a turn raise vs this drooler. and you can raise big like 3.6k
as played not sure, but i think flatting is better here because of his betsize. if he goes smaller you can def raise for value,.
