can I raise on river??? His donk on flop make me think he is on FD but donk turn I really start to worried about sets or 2 pairs

i'd raise turn. That would lead him to bluff-shove a lot when he miss his FD.
I don't like that he leads otr for half pot but we have a blocker for the straight so the call is fine.

I'd raise turn too. Calling his uber small bet let's him see a river too cheaply.
