Hi there,

I woke up with aces in the money in $1.10 MicroMillions NLHE today, played it like this. I figured it was best to keep my foot on the pedal with a flush draw.

Thoughts? Would a smaller size have been better and possibly get another bet from the villain? I figured if he called this I'd have put him all in on the turn no matter what.

Min raise (2x) or 2.5x...i wouldn't open with anymore in this stage of the tournament without a specific good reason (huge whale behind that has shown to flat big bets)

Your 3.2x is way to big and it may even discourage some 3bets that would normally raise due to position, light (steals), and strong hands (value).

This stage of the tourney, chip value increases so you can put in less and it will mean more then when the blinds are 25/50 and avg stack is 100-200bb deep.

Also, lol @ sb who has 14 bb and just flats your massive 3.2x open and x/f flop...mistakes were made....

Bet sizing depends on V sitting in SB and BB . If u can detect them as fish, a 3.2 open seems fine to gain more value from a calling station. otherwise I would also open smaller 2.0 to 2.3 or even slow play to induce a 3B shove from the short stacked SB or BB.
