UTG+1 raises to 1,000, UTG+2 folds, MP1 raises to 1,075 and is all-in, 2 folds, Hero?

Pot is 3275. My first thought was to jam b/c pot was about 20% of my stack, but 30bbs seemed too big of a stack to just shove or is this standard?

i call most of the time and probably raise 25%

flat call in theese situations is fine, you have a good hand, and the original opener who has a pretty big stack, should be pretty wide

3bet a normal amount if he doesnt call a lot.

If he does call a lot make a big 3bet and shove any flop except AQx flops etc its the same as shoving but you get called by a wider range.

Really depends on stats/reads we have on villain. Hard to make a decision with out that info as both options -- calling and raising -- can be correct.
