not enough stats to mean anything,
AQ could definetly be in his range here,possibly 99,but thats about it that beats me
on flop should i have just shoved?

More unlikely for him to have a queen on turn. Defo has KT, JT, KJ, 8T or a FD in his range as well that would raise flop. Would also 3 bet shove flop but now just call turn.

Villian also has QK, Q9, 55 in his range here (I'd assume QJ, Q10 doesn't min-raise flop)

I used to call in these spots a lot (over pair multi-way facing aggression) and I found it to be an easy way to burn money. People at these levels typically don't play draws that aggressively so without reads to the contrary, I'm going to assume opponent has at least top pair (which we don't beat by the turn). I'd fold turn...
