What about 1/3 pot lead on the turn in order to induce him raise again with air or even worse Kx?

hate these hands as well since he will show up with 8x kinda often, but not enough to justify a herofold with these stacks

Turn is a check in order to encourage a bet from the villain imo. If the player is paying attention at all it will look like you could easily have a mid PP. Maybe you could make a small bet of 1k or so on the turn, to make it look like a stop bet, but I think the check is the better option.

Just calling the flop, and then betting the turn is very suspicious when the only hand the turn could have hit is 66.

I think I would push when he bets the turn though. If your aggro fish read is correct then he will be calling with many hands that you have crushed. If you had position you could just call, and then push if he checks the river.

I dunno. We 3bet pre, and I think even 'aggrofish' villains have to think there's a very good chance we have AK or AA here. So I don't think many players are three-barreling air when those hands, which villain thinks we probably don't fold, are squarely in our range. For the same reason I doubt many villains are going crazy with 99 or KJ here either. No one seems to have commented on what they think villain has here.

It's a $4 buy-in with an aggro fish, 99 and KJ are well within his range. Would put him something like 68-A8, AK-K8, 55-JJ.
