This is a spot where you need reads more than stats - How had each of them been playing since the table became shorthanded? - do you think that SB is likely to be 3 betting light in this spot? An aggressive player could try this as CO will be wary of busting out before you.

But without this read its an OOP 3 bet over an opponent with a tight raising range. We have no fold equity and AJo seems unlikely to be good.
