Definitely not looking to 3b shove off AJ or AQ here with more than 15 bigs.

I'd probably 3b fold to a 4b shove with AJ. I maybe call down an especially active villian with AQs, but probably no less than that.

A9o , ATo 3b fold or just flat and take a flop.

I think you can flat AJ and AQ here occasionally too to balance your non 3b defending range?

I don't hate shoving here, stacks are a little deep, and AJ is not my fav hand to do it with. Def not 3b/f or 3betting smaller than all in.

call and play postflop is probably your best option

3b/f is ridiculous. this should be the bottom of your value range, still well ahead of a btns opening range so id def 3b. if you dont have a non ai 3b bluffing range in that spot (which you should probably have tho) im fine with just jamming i guess.

We can call a 4b shove with ~10 bb behind with AJo? I guess I'm a nit but I wouldn't expect BTN to shove here with much that we are beating. Best case villain has an underpair in this scenario?
