Main question is, Is there some kind of book or resource which goes into depth playing KK in MTT situations. The general rule is that no one is folding KK preflop, but at certain stack depths it has to contain an exploit,
say you have KK UTG with 8 on your left
after 20 instances of this we can reasonably expect an AA to have ambush
what about when tight player opens UTG?
I'm pretty good at escaping with QQ I feel but not sure if I'm over valuing KK preflop with A sutied at 32%
When I tihnk of some mtt wins often I have had AA vs KK or sucked out with KK vs AA for ridic large equity.
When there is like 12 people left and its a situation where the pot is 40% of total chips in play with 5k + runners and you both have like 150bbs. Whether it's lol or not, I am asking where there are solid resources which quantify such matters, so please just stick with my main question as don't want to get into arguments regarding relative terms.
