That BB has less than 4bb and should shove over the limpers lots or that the flop gets shoved every time. You can also teach him the difference between 8 and 6

prob just fold, JTo/A2s/22 etc i'd shove.

I'd include K6+, Q7+, maybe drop that to J9+ but yeah, more or less a preference thing. If he's limping, he's limping strong.
