So I was doing a review of hands over the last few days of play via Poker Copilot and trying to find spots where I spazzed out or felt lost. This is definitely one.

My question is mainly pre-flop, should I just be flatting? Is it profitable to 3b and when I get 4b here to this size should I be folding? In retrospect I feel I'm likely going to 3b but perhaps folding to this 4b size? Feels horrible just punting off 50bbs at this stage without seeing a river haha, not particularly proud of how I played this hand but that's why it needs reviewing I guess

Blech no need to go crazy with JJ this early. I suppose the iso 3b is fine but when you get 4b you are in bad shape.

yeah, this early in a tournament I think flatting JJ pre is fine in MP vs UTG/+1 open.

As played, vs villains range we aren't doing well at all. We're most likely up against QQ+AKs, even AKs would probably just call your 3bet pre, so it's likely QQ+, it's a super narrow range. I'd call pre, but fold OTF.

The 3Bet sizing is pretty small.

I usually take Daniel Negreanu's advice and play JJ like any other PP early in the tournament.

Agree, 3 bet is fine. But fold to a 4-bet.
