Obviously against those exact stats (sample size) a call is +ev but with 12 bbs utg shoving into a slew of stacks with the chips to call is he really opening A7s/KJ/33-66 etc and the other part of a 22/16 range that make this call profitable? In a 10$ stars tourney I think probably not if he is decent. Fold and find better spot to risk 40% of your stack.
