I would 3b a bit bigger pre.

You can't really check behind on that draw-heavy flop with 2 villains in the hand. There are lots of cards you don't want to see on the turn so don't give them away for free.

Part of the problem here is your bet sizing is all messed up. If you 3b to 8bb pre, you increase the chances of getting heads-up but if you still get 2 callers you're set up for a flop shove.
