9 handed blinds 125/250/25 utg +2 opens to 500 villain# 2 three bets to 1500 and the small blind (Villain #3) 4 bet shoves to put us all in for 3093 chips. Unfortunately, I only have 10 hands on villains and Villian #1 and 2 are loose players whereas number 3 is 10 10 over 10 hands. Live it is an easy laydown but idk what to do online where 4 bet ranges are significently wider.
Hero is playing 16/12/5 over 98 hands buy my FBB is 100 which makes the hand even harder. I have the smallest stack at the table.
Is it correct to fold queens here with only 12big blinds? Pot odds are 1.91:1 if villain #1 and #2 Fold and 2.38:1 if Villain #2 calls which he does.

Never ever folding QQ with 12 BB.

Definitely can't fold. Also, live it is not an easy lay down, it's a call.

I think live it is a fold as well as this situation, flipping is your best option and against at least two others you will be outdrawn very often.
