With approx. 14BB or less you can jam this, but with 19BB just open 2.2x or whatever your usual size is.

Even with the shorter stacks in the blinds, we are still relatively deep to be open jamming this wide. Just mostly play an opening strategy, including this. In $1s people will also probably underdefend the BB which makes it even more profitable to openraise.
