$4 deep 71 left TT in BTN facing raise from UTG

Background: Villain is running 17/12 in 40 hands, haven't seen him going out of line. 72 left (already itm)
Problem: preflop ok?? can we fold ever otf?? what's the best play in this spot?? jam,fold,call??

    Did villain always open for 3x ?
    Think I 3bet/call pre
    otf villain only has 25k left, folding seems out of the question, think i prefer shoving to flatting, villain might also call with hands you have beat (77-99 for example)

    very very hard spot. I think i'm 3-betting/fold here is the best. If he flat's your 3-bet get it in. I think you should flat here now, if he shuts down, apply pressure, if he fire's another bullet, get it in or fold.

    You're not deep enough to setmine so if you're going to give up on that flop you should fold preflop.

    I like the 3 bet/ call pre as well.

    As played I think it is a shove now, rather than a flat.

    Any reads about how often is he C-betting or c-bet sizing ? Anyway I think its a shove
