Flop: why are you x/calling there? It's a 4-way pot on a wet flop and you have 3rd pair with a couple of backdoor draws. That ain't worth a whole lot. And, as you've discovered, even if you hit a set you won't feel too good with a 9 completing two straights.

Yeah, when I looked on this hand today I totally agree with you that I shouldn't cal the flop bet.
But with 4x pre. I really don't know. On this buy in and in this stage of the tournament I really feel like it doesn't mater if the raise would be 3x, 4x or even 5x, anyway you will finish in multi way pot. To really reduce number of players in the pot you have to probably rise like 10x. (Quite big investment with only 99).Obviously fold pre is not an option. Limp? I hate limping.
