22-88, early and mid position vs station table

Not sure what is correct for the 1st 3 blind levels (15 mins)10/20,15/30,25/50

I usaully run around 20/21-18/14, CB 33%, AG.> 1.5

$20 $1500G tourney 10 handed, Starting stack 2K the tables usaully have atleast 2-4 players with VP > 50% and PF < 5%, it feels akward raising 22-88 in EP and always getting 4 callers behind, these players will call c bets with any pair or decent draw +. For the most part I believe the bulk of them play fairly poorly post flop and are willing to put a large amount of BB's in with little equity. Thus far i have been raising 22-88 in EPand MP usually between 2-3 bb's, since all of them rarely bet or raise preflop is it ever best to just open limp this range and try hit sets/flops with decent equity. Just not sure what is best from the bigger picture here will appreaciate all input, cept for trolls Fyall

Open limp sounds optimal given description

Raise...build pots deep...profit when you hit. C/fold when you don't set

I suggest for first level just open limp, and to watch how players are playing @ table,if they are agressive, then better is still open limp, but if they are too passive, then can raise and very often can take the pot with cbet if there isn`t more then 2 callers.
